Roost Homes is a licensed manufactured home retailer in the State of Wisconsin. We operate as a hybrid online/in-person dealer, which means lower overhead and leaner margins compared to traditional roadside dealerships — savings we pass directly on to you.
We’ll help you select a floor plan and options that best fit your needs, then meet in person to review finishes and details. Once your home is built, we’ll arrange delivery anywhere in Wisconsin and provide clear guidance on the setup process, so you feel confident every step of the way.

As a licensed Dwelling Contractor, Roost Homes offers turnkey services to take your project from bare lot to move-in ready. That includes everything from site preparation, foundation work, and utility connections to home set, finish work, decks, and garages.
Our contracting services are available south of Highway 29 and east of Highway 51, covering much of southern and eastern Wisconsin. We coordinate trusted local trades and manage the details — so your build stays on schedule, within budget, and done right.
